ZBC3300CD low temperature impact testing machine adopts two refrigeration modes of compressor and liquid nitrogen, which can meet the refrigeration requirements of users at low and ultra-low temperatures. The cascade compressor refrigeration technology uses the principle of heat balance and circulation mixing mode to achieve automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of the sample. The temperature adjustment is electrically controlled, and the sample feeding device is equipped for automatic feeding; Liquid nitrogen refrigeration is adopted, and the low temperature can reach - 190 ℃ (0 ℃~- 196 ℃ is a special requirement). The automatic end face positioning of the sample ensures that the time from the sample to the impact is not more than 2 seconds, meeting the requirements of the metal low-temperature Charpy impact test method This testing machine conforms to the national standard GB/T3808-2002 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machine", carries out impact test on metal materials according to the national standard GB/T229-2007 "Charpy Pendulum Impact Testing Method for Metallic Materials", and conforms to JJG145-82 "Verification Regulation of Pendulum Impact Testing Machine".
