The microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine adopts a double-space oil cylinder lower structure. There is a compressed space between the test bench and the lower beam, which can realize the compression, bending, shearing and other tests of the sample; There is a tensile space between the lower beam and the upper beam, which is mainly used for the tensile test of the sample. The test space is automatically adjusted by rotating the lead screw to drive the lower beam up and down. The closed-loop servo control system composed of electrical controller, servo valve, load sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer and computer can automatically and accurately control the test process and automatically measure the test force, displacement, deformation and other test parameters.
This testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending, shear and other tests of metal materials; It can realize the tests of constant rate loading, constant rate deformation and constant rate displacement, and realize the three-stage control of force, deformation and displacement in one test, and the smooth switching between each control can be achieved.
Through computer acquisition and software processing, the test process can be automatically controlled and the test results can be automatically obtained. The test curve and test results are displayed in real time by the computer screen, and the test report and test curve are printed by the printer.
The test data can be transmitted to the network through the data interface. Function |
1.Metallic tensile test: meet the requirements of GB/T 228.1-2021 Metallic tensile test. The electrical system has three control modes: force control, deformation control and displacement control. During the test, the three control modes can be switched smoothly according to the set procedure. The software can automatically calculate ReH (upper yield strength), ReL (lower yield strength), Rp0.2 (specified non-proportional extension strength), Rt0.5 (specified total extension strength), Rm (tensile strength), E (elastic modulus) and other parameters.
2.The user can additionally configure the fixture to complete the tests specified in other standards.

Host structure:
The main machine is a four-column frame-type double-space structure with double columns and double lead screws. The space between the upper beam and the lower beam is a stretch space, and the space between the lower beam and the workbench is a compression space.
The main body is composed of base, oil cylinder, workbench, lower cross beam (lower jaw seat), upper cross beam (upper jaw seat), lead screw, column and other main components. The oil cylinder and lead screw are installed on the machine base, the piston is directly connected with the workbench, and the workbench is tightly connected with the upper crossbeam through two columns. The moving crossbeam can move up and down between the workbench and the upper crossbeam along the lead screw to adjust the tension and compression space. The movement of the moving crossbeam up and down is realized by the motor reducer installed on the base to drive the lead screw to rotate.
During the test, the sample is placed in the tension jaw between the upper and lower crossbeams, and the hydraulic oil is smoothly sent from the lower part of the oil cylinder to the pressure chamber by the high-pressure oil pump through the oil filter and precision servo valve, driving the piston to rise, driving the workbench, column and upper crossbeam to move upward together, and the sample is stretched. Depending on the length of the sample, it can be adjusted to the appropriate position by moving the lower beam up and down. The compression test is carried out in a compressed space composed of a workbench and a moving beam. The bottom end of the lower crossbeam is equipped with an upper platen, and the test bench is equipped with a lower platen with a spherical pair. The same action of the oil cylinder can complete the compression test between the workbench and the lower crossbeam. After the bending and shearing attachments are replaced in this space, the bending and shearing tests of the sample can also be carried out.
After the test, the piston will return automatically under the gravity of beam, workbench, column and piston.
