Application |
It is mainly applicable to soft foam polymer materials such as sponge, foam and other indentation hardness. Under the standard requirements of method A, method B, method C and other test conditions, standard size sponge, foam and other samples are tested to determine the indentation hardness index, indentation hardness characteristics, indentation hardness inspection and compression stress test of sponge, foam and other materials. Test and provide test data according to GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards.
Standards |
GB/T10807-2006/ISO2439:1997Flexible foam polymeric materials Determination of hardness
GB/T10808-2006/ISO8067:1989 Determination of tear strength of polymeric porous elastic materials
Test requirements |
Pre-concave degree:
Apply 5N force to the sample to measure the sample thickness, press 70% of the sample thickness at the rate of 100MM/MIN, and unload at the same rate
Method A-Determination of indentation hardness index:
After three prepressions, sink 40% of the sample thickness and keep it for 30s, and record the force value
Method B -- Determination of indentation hardness characteristics:
After three prepressions, indent 25% of the sample thickness and keep it for 30s, and record the force value
Increase the concave degree from 25% of the thickness of the concave sample to 40% and keep it for 30s, and record the force value
Increase the concave degree from 40% of the thickness of the concave sample to 65% and keep it for 30s, and record the force value
Concave coefficient calculation:
Force value required for 25% concavity/force value required for 40% concavity
Force required for 65% concavity/force required for 40% concavity
Method C -- indentation hardness test and determination:
After three pre-indentation tests, measure the instantaneous maximum value after 40% of the pressed specimen thickness
