Mechanical process structure
The main frame mainly consists of a base, three columns and a lead screw to form a single-arm frame structure; The transmission and loading system uses AC servo motor and synchronous toothed belt reducer to drive the high-precision ball screw to rotate, and then drive the moving beam to realize loading. Control and measurement system
The machine adopts the advanced Test4.0 full-digital closed-loop control system for control and measurement, and uses computers to dynamically display the test process and test curve, and to process data. After the test, the curve can be analyzed and edited again through the graphics processing module, and the performance reaches the international advanced level.

2. Multi-layer protection: with software and hardware two-level protection functions, it can realize multiple safety protection methods for the tester, such as overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, limit, etc;
3.3 high-speed 24-bit A/D conversion channels, with effective code value resolution up to ± 300000, realize internal and external non-shift, and maintain the resolution throughout the process;
4. USB or serial communication is adopted, and data transmission is stable and reliable, with strong anti-interference ability;
5. Three pulse signal acquisition channels are adopted (three pulse signals are one channel of displacement and two channels of large deformation signals respectively), and the most advanced quadruple frequency technology is adopted to amplify the number of effective pulses by four times, greatly improving the signal resolution, and the maximum acquisition frequency is 5MHz;
6. One servo motor digital drive signal, the maximum frequency of PWM output is 5MHz, and the minimum is 0.01Hz.
