Function introduction |
The tester is mainly used for the detection of high-strength bolt connection pairs. It can detect, display and print the axial force, torque and torque coefficient of large hexagon high-strength bolt connection pairs and torsional shear high-strength bolt connection pairs. The equipment is automatically loaded by cycloidal pinwheel reducer, linear guide rail, full Chinese operation interface, microcomputer controlled automatic tightening, loosening and resetting of high-strength bolts, intelligent prompt during operation, and convenient and fast operation. When the axial force reaches the standard setting value, the tester will automatically record the test data, automatically calculate the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the sample through the computer, and display the output torque coefficient, axial force curve, torque curve, etc. At the same time, it has the functions of parameter setting, calibration, data report printing and query.
