Introduction |
This machine is mainly used for testing the torque of torsion spring, parts and elastic components. The tested part is installed between two chucks in an adjustable space. Through changing the fixture, it can adapt to the torsion performance test of different tested parts. The testing machine adopts computer control operation, and can conduct fixed angle torque test; The display displays the angle-torque curve of the tested part, and displays the angle, torque, torsion speed, working state of the testing machine, test data storage, printing test report and other parameters in real time. By adding software functions.
Host structure
The host adopts horizontal structure. The mechanical finite element analysis of the main frame makes the stress more reasonable, and the rigidity and strength of the frame are fully guaranteed. The moving part of the base adopts a zero-gap linear guide pair, which avoids the axial force caused by material deformation in the process of material torsion, and ensures the accuracy of the test results and the service life.
The torque plate at the right end is connected with the sensor, and the load at the left end is Panasonic AC servo motor, which drives the torque plate to rotate through the deceleration device to realize the test load. The system can be moved and fixed along the guide rail for adjusting the test space.
Measurement control system
The test force measurement and control system is composed of high-precision bidirectional symmetrical torque sensor, stabilized power supply, measurement amplifier, A/D conversion, etc; The torsion angle measurement and control system is composed of encoder, frequency doubling and shaping circuit, counting circuit, etc. Through various signal processing, computer control, data processing, display and other functions are realized.
Safety protection device
It has the functions of overload protection shutdown, overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed protection and emergency shutdown.
Fatigue test
The equipment is equipped with imported servo motor and reducer. The test is realized by setting the angle and controlling the positive and negative rotation of the motor by software.
The results can be stored and called at any time, and there is no need to set the test again.
The form of test results report can be set according to user requirements.
Independent database, MES system can directly capture test data.
