It is an electromechanical integration product, mainly composed of mainframe (including frame, base and transmission system), fixture, deformation measurement system, software system and electrical system.
The CMT2502 host adopts a single-space structure, and the test space is in the lower space, which is mainly composed of a base and a frame.
1.Host frame
The upper crossbeam and worktable are fixed with high-strength light bars to form a high rigidity frame structure; The high-precision ball screw without clearance is adopted to improve the transmission efficiency and displacement accuracy; The coaxiality of the testing machine is good (<8%). The upper, middle and lower beams are made of QT600-3 ductile iron with tensile strength of 60k (600MPa) and yield strength of 40k (400Mpa). The corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of ductile iron are better than that of cast steel. Due to the microstructure of nodular graphite of ductile iron, it is better than cast steel in reducing vibration energy, so it is more conducive to reducing stress.
2.Fixture
Standard fixtures of various materials are easy to operate and reliable to hold. They can be configured with pneumatic and hydraulic wedge-shaped fixtures and horizontal push hydraulic fixtures to greatly improve the working efficiency. The clamping force can be adjusted to meet the test requirements of different materials of users, and can also be customized according to customer needs;

7.Control drive system
The fully digital imported AC servo motor and AC servo motor with high control accuracy and high response frequency are adopted. The transmission system has high efficiency, low noise, balanced transmission, and the allowable speed error is not more than ± 0.2%. The test speed range can reach 0.001~1000mm/min stepless speed change. The circular arc tooth synchronous belt drive has the advantages of high transmission accuracy, transmission efficiency of 98%, more stable transmission and low noise.
8.Safe and humanized design
The emergency stop control switch can reliably lock the equipment in case of emergency, and has multiple protection functions such as over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage of the drive system, overload of the whole machine, breaking and stopping, and position limit of the moving beam. When the overload is 10%, the machine will stop automatically, the moving beam displacement speed drive system will stop automatically when the overcurrent occurs, and the upper and lower limit positions of the beam displacement will stop automatically; Manual and automatic return function of beam, multiple protection of software and hardware, and safety of equipment and personnel.
